Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email from Royal Mail or Evri, so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.

Packages up to 2kg = £3.95.

Packages 5-10kg = £7.65

Got a delivery problem?

If your parcel hasn't arrived when you think it should, check your tracking email from Royal Mail or Evri — both will email you updates along the way.

Please note that neither email will mention Goody Granola, so keep an eye out for anything from them around your expected delivery date.

To track your parcel use the links in your email - or visit royalmail.com/track-your-item or evri.com/track-a-parcel and enter the tracking number from your email.

If your parcel still hasn't arrived and tracking isn't updating, please contact the courier directly — they'll be able to investigate far quicker than I can! I'm a one-woman band baking and packing in Richmond, so if you do reach out to them first it really helps me out.
